Return, Warranty, and Refund Policy – UciShirts
Scope of Application
This policy applies to all purchases made from UciShirts ("we," "us") delivered within Spain. Nothing in this policy limits the non-waivable consumer rights recognized under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771.

Right of Withdrawal / Change of Mind
Timeframe: 14 calendar days from delivery (legal minimum established under Article 71 TRLGDCU)
Return shipping: Paid by the customer
Conditions: Product unused, complete, and in its original packaging
Legal Warranty of Conformity
Timeframe: 3 years from delivery (Article 120 TRLGDCU, as amended by RDL 7/2021)
Return shipping: Paid by the customer
Conditions: Covers products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not in conformity with the contract. Subject to photographic evidence. During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
Shipping Damage / Incorrect Product
Timeframe: 90 calendar days from delivery
Return shipping: Paid by the customer
Conditions: Photos of the packaging, label, and product are required.
Right of Withdrawal / Change-of-Mind Returns
You may return any product without needing to justify the reason within 14 calendar days following delivery.
Conditions:
The product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
Products showing signs of use or damaged after delivery are excluded.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the product (or from the date you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first), using the original payment method, in accordance with Article 76 TRLGDCU.
Legal Warranty of Conformity
UciShirts provides the mandatory legal warranty, applicable when a product arrives damaged, defective, or not in conformity with what was ordered:
Legal Warranty of Conformity: 3 years from delivery, legally mandatory for all new products sold in Spain (Article 120 TRLGDCU).
Conditions:
Must be reported within the corresponding timeframe.
Photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect is required.
Does not cover change of mind, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.
During the first 2 years of the legal warranty, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases.
If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed, UciShirts will offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination (full refund), in accordance with the hierarchy of remedies established under the TRLGDCU, always prioritizing the option least burdensome to the consumer.

You will receive return instructions within 48 hours. Package the product securely and ship it within 7 days of receiving authorization.
Inspection and Refunds
Returned products will be inspected within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, the refund will be issued within the following 10 business days, in no case exceeding the legal deadline of 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases.
Shipping Damage or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 90 calendar days following delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns of products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
