Terms of Service – UciShirts
Scope and Legal Applicability
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the UciShirts website and online store ("we," "us"). They apply to all users and customers in Spain.
By visiting our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies published on our site (including our Privacy Policy and our Return, Warranty, and Refund Policy).
Nothing in these Terms limits the non-waivable consumer rights recognized under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), or under any other applicable regulations in Spain and the European Union.
Capacity and Accounts
You must be of legal age under Spanish law (18 years old) to make a purchase, or have the consent of your legal guardian.
You agree that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
UciShirts reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up to date.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
Orders and Acceptance
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
The sales contract is concluded only when we confirm your order and proceed to ship it.
UciShirts reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of: lack of availability, suspected fraud, evident pricing errors, or incomplete information.
If an order is canceled, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Prices, Taxes, and Duties
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT under Spanish regulations, unless otherwise indicated, and are valid at the time of purchase.
By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments
We accept the payment methods shown during checkout (credit/debit card, and other available options).
Payment must be authorized and completed before the order is processed.
If payment authorization fails, the order will not be completed or shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. Estimated times will be shown during checkout.
A tracking number will be provided whenever possible.
In accordance with Article 66 ter TRLGDCU, the risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the consumer only when the consumer (or a third party designated by the consumer) takes physical possession of the product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
We offer a 15-calendar-day period from delivery to return unused products in their original packaging (longer than the 14-calendar-day legal minimum under Article 71 TRLGDCU).
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after receipt and inspection of the product (or from proof of shipment), in accordance with Article 76 TRLGDCU.
Our 3-year legal warranty of conformity (or up to 5 years in its extended version) covers only products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Full details are set out in our Return, Warranty, and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of UciShirts or is used with the authorization of its owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the site's content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Tools and Links
We may provide links to third-party websites and services (payment gateways, tracking platforms, etc.).
UciShirts is not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties.
Relationship with Shopify
Our store operates on the Shopify platform, but all sales are made directly by UciShirts.
Shopify is not responsible for our products, transactions, or any dispute between UciShirts and customers.
Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
We may correct pricing or description errors at any time. If an order is affected by an evident error, UciShirts may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website to carry out unlawful activities, upload malicious code, or attempt to breach our security systems.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where required by law, UciShirts' services and products are provided "as is" and "as available."
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UciShirts will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may file claims before the Consumer Arbitration Boards, the Municipal Consumer Information Offices (OMIC), or access the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013. The courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any other venue that may be more favorable to the consumer under the law.
Changes to the Terms
UciShirts may update these Terms at any time. The new version will apply to orders placed after its publication.
